TFmini
is based on the TOF (time of flight) principle, using 850nm infrared
light source, and unique optical and electrical design to achieve
stable, accurate, highly sensitive and high-speed distance measurement.
The built-in adaptation algorithms for various application environments
can ensure that the product still has excellent ranging performance in
the case of low cost and small size. Open a variety of adjustable
configurations for customers to use flexibly, more in line with
customers’ product usage needs.
Plus is an upgraded product based on TFmini, based on the TOF (time of
flight) principle, combined with unique optical, electrical, and
algorithm design, mainly to achieve stable, accurate, high sensitivity
and high-speed distance measurement functions. In addition to the low
cost, small size, and low power consumption of TFmini, the product
itself also adds IP65 protection, which is more adaptable to different
environments such as strong outdoor light, different temperatures, and
different reflectances.
TOF10120 range sensor provides accurate and repeatable long range
distance measurement for high-speed autofocus (AF). The innovative
time-of-flight technology allows. performance independent of object
reflectance.TOF10120’s time-of-flight sensing technology is realized by
Sharp’s original SPAD (Single Photon Avalanche Diodes ) using low-cost
standard CMOS process. It enables accurate ranging result, higher
immunity to ambient light and better robustness to cover-glass optical
cross-talk by special optical package design.
