TF02-Pro-W is a single-point ranging LiDAR specially developed for level detection, based on ToF principle, with 25m detection range and cm-level detection accuracy. It has stable and quality detection performance for different reflectivity measuring objects and under different temperature, ambient light and other factors. TF02-Pro-W is supplied with a unique dust-removal wiper, which automatically cleans the lens of front panel of LiDAR regularly to solve the soiling problems, and can maintain the accuracy of ranging detection in heavy dust environment.

The optimized optical design and adaptation algorithm of TF02-Pro-W ensures the stability and accuracy of detection performance under different reflectivity backgrounds and different ambient temperatures, and achieves stable detection results without interference from ambient light in outdoors. The product is equipped with a unique dust-removal wiper, which can maintain the ranging accuracy in heavy dust environment.

Based on the ToF principle, non-contact detection, to avoid material and sensor pollution; 3° FoV, to improve the ranging accuracy of the silo monitoring.

On-demand dust-removal operation, remote inspection, safe, reliable and efficient

 

Customer can control the LiDAR immediately by sending command for dust-removal, and modify the wiper swing times and save the settings. Remote inspection of material level data to realize the monitoring of discharge and inventory, improve the degree of inventory informatization, and efficiently arrange material supply.

Supports multiple communication interfaces, data transmission solutions and battery power

 

TF02-Pro-W supports UART, I²C, RS485 communication interfaces, and Modbus protocol for easy system integration. We can provide LoRaWAN, 4G, Wi-Fi and other data transmission solutions. TF02-Pro-W supports battery power, no additional wiring is required.

Note:The detection is measured with the standard white board (90% reflectivity).

The frame rate can be adjusted.The default value is 100Hz and the maximum value is 1000Hz,the customized frame rate should becalculated by the formula: 2000/n (n is an integer with ≥ 2).

The angle is a theoretical value, the actual angle value has some deviation.
