proper configuration of the torch lifter mechanism is an important factor for establishing the accuracy of your cutting system,be sure that:
1. gear reduction is selected on the torch lifter so that the maximum suspension speed does not exceed 3000mm/min,if higher accuracy is required,maximum suspension speed should be set to 1500mm/min
2. gears ,racks and spindles have minimal backlash
3. oversizing is avoided.the mass of moving parts,including armature inertia must as small as possible.motors with low nominal RPM are perferred

HFA2 capacitive height controller is a closed loop PWM control system. It is suitable for CNC cutting equipment that needs automatic height control of the cutting torch.
During the cutting process, keeping the height of the cutting torch to the steel plate constant is an important condition to ensure the cutting quality. HFA2 can continuously adjust the cutting torch height on uneven steel plates according to the set cutting torch height, so as to ensure that the height of the cutting torch to the steel plate remains constant.
HFA2 adopts the capacitive sensing principle. The capacitive sensing probe converts the distance between the cutting torch and the workpiece into a corresponding electrical signal, which is processed by the logic control circuit and drives the PWM motor control circuit. The PWM control circuit drives the DC servo motor through the H bridge.
The outer shell of HFA2 adopts specially designed aluminum die-casting shell, which has the characteristics of small size and convenient installation. The thermal conductivity of the aluminum material ensures the good heat dissipation effect of HFA2, and the fully enclosed structure better adapts to the harsh working environment.
The circuit of HFA2 uses a dedicated control chip and high-quality components. And the first to introduce modular power supply, logic input relay isolation, enhanced system reliability. In terms of functions, “system control speed adjustment” and “manual speed adjustment” are added.
