(1) LED welding conditions

(1) Soldering iron welding: soldering iron (maximum 30W) tip temperature does not exceed 300 C; soldering iron must be grounded, electrostatic can not exceed the scope; welding time does not exceed 3 seconds; welding position at least 3 mm from the colloid.

(2) Immersion welding: the highest temperature of immersion welding is 260, the time of immersion welding is not more than 5 seconds, and the position of immersion welding is at least 3 mm away from the colloid.

(two) pin forming method

(1) the scaffold must be removed from the gel for 2 millimeters.

(2) scaffold forming must be done by fixture or by professionals.

(3) the forming of the bracket must be completed before welding.

(4) the forming of the bracket must ensure that the pins and spacing are consistent with the circuit board.

(three) LED installation method

(1) pay attention to the arrangement of the outgoing lines of all kinds of devices, so as to prevent polar misalignment. The device must not be too close to the heating element, and the working conditions should not exceed the limit specified.

(5) before welding temperature returns to normal, LED must be avoided from any vibration or external force.

(four) cleaning

Care must be taken when cleaning colloids with chemicals because some chemicals damage the surface of the colloids and cause discoloration such as trichloroethylene and acetone. It can be wiped and soaked with ethanol for no more than 3 minutes at room temperature.
