Tracking Method

We provide a tracking number for all orders. This number will be provided by message or email as soon as the package is sent out.

For Air Mail or ePacket you can track the package via your national postal office website.

For Expedited Shipping, please do the tracking via Carrier website.

Return Policy

All products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch. In case the item is defective, please inform us within 3 days of receipt.
