1.The laser can be carved including:

4.ER11 needs shrink fitting. Both the spindle and ER11 have the correct diameter,

but ER11 is designed to beminus tolerence to spindle so you cannot put it on directly.

5.The advantages of offline controller : Offline controller supports offline work, you will not need to connect to a computer. Manually adjust X, Y, Z axis location as engraving starting point, manually open or close spindle, manully open or close cooling fan.

Upgrade control board:

1, Improved power interface: the original plastic interface changed to all metal shielded interface.

2, Perfect USB interface: the original USB interface is patch soldering, collision and improper use during transportation, easy to drop, now it is plug-in type, very strong.

3, The spindle drive increases the isolation of the optocoupler, so that the control board generates less heat, the spindle speed adjustment is more linear and safe.

4. Replace the stepper motor driver with the DRV8255 for faster speed and better quality.

5. The stepper motor driver adds a self-recovery fuse. When a short circuit or fault occurs, the power will be cut off and the fault indicator will be displayed.

6,12V step-down increase the self-recovery fuse, when a short circuit occurs, the power can be cut off in time to avoid damage.

7, Optimize the layout, the control area is separated from the drive area, and the operation is more stable.

8, Increase the plastic protective cover to avoid short circuit.

9, Increase the heat sink to avoid burning the control panel.

■All-aluminum alloy body: The engraving machine adopts and all-aluminum body. The frame is composed of 4040 aluminum and 10mm thick aluminum. The XYZ components are all processed by CNC, non-aluminum plate splicing, high precision and high strength.
■The main shaft adopts 52mm diameter professional air-cooled main shaft, rated at 200W, and the maximum power can reach 300W.
