The L10596 infrared LED has a microsphere lens bonded to the surface of the current limiting chip. This combination ensures narrowness and uniform illumination. As a derivative type that does not use a microsphere lens, L10596-03 also has a resin-encapsulated LED chip and a small light-emitting point of φ160 um. L10596-03 The light-emitting layer between the illuminating region and the gallium arsenide substrate increases the light output by 1.3 times that of conventional products.
