AIKE laser line generator lenses is used in One-dimensional imaging with the following advantages:

1)   Higher Uniformity than Powell lens

Powell lens is a high-uniformity imaging lens in the current market. However, AIKE LASER LINE GENERATOR LENSES can obtain more uniform imaging effects than Powell lens. CNC developed by WEL OPTICS uses grinding and polishing techniques to process the surface flatness of high-precision aspheric cylindrical lens. Meanwhile, AIKE LASER LINE GENERATOR LENSES adopts array combination structure to improve imaging uniformity more effectively.

2)   Reducing imaging effects from varied incident beams; while completely eliminating bright points at the edge of line-beam.

When Powell lens is in use, changing the size of incident beams will seriously damage the imaging effects. In order to get a perfect imaging line-beam, the incident beam must be an exact match to the aspherical specifications of Powell lens, which is very hard. While AIKE LASER LINE GENERATOR LENSES has satisfactorily solved the problem by receiving more incident beams with varied specifications, like rectangle or circular beams, uniform or Gaussian beams, wavelength at 532nm or 808nm.
